Imagine what it must have been like to be part of the crowd that was present on the day Jesus spoke from the Cross. But what we often remember as Jesus “Last Words” from the cross reverberate through the stories of the lives Jesus touched.
This Lent, we’re going to hear Jesus’ last words as reflected in the life of the man who was paralyzed and then touched by Jesus, from the rich young ruler, from Martha, the sister of Lazarus, from Matthew and others. In each of these lives, the words we have called “the last” in Jesus’ struggle on the cross are the eternal words which continue to shape each of us.
So bring a friend and join us Wednesday nights beginning March 6th as we experience Jesus’ words in a new way.
